DISPUTE CASE

On the 08/06/2015 at 07:06 in the morning I received an sms of notification of withdrawal of money, amount was R2000.00 which was withdrawn from my account, to my surprise I had a card with me. I went to report the matter to the bank and we did everything which was suppose to be done, they told me to go to police station to open a case so that I can have a case no to process the case which I did an even brought the case no.<br> Their response few weeks later I received a letter from their response that I did not understand I enquired, now their response is that they are going to refund me 25% which is R500.00 as a compensation which according to me is totally unfair.
