Dispute ammount deducted from oversea transaction

<p>I went to Mozambique paid an hotel via online payment in USD, I have confirmed the ammount with the hotel service R13 262,64 thus the reason for this dispute. The Ammount which was deducted from my account was R14 140.63.</p> <p> </p> <p>From Hotel Service:</p> <p> </p> <p>I checked the reservation details and see that you have made the booking in USD currency. The total charge for the reservation is 989.55 USD on conversion it is 13 262,64 ZAR.</p> <p>If you have been charged any other charges, I request you to please contact the bank and dispute the charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I be assisted.</p>
