Dispute

I have a problem with you Absa because you dually insured me now you claim that you have credited the 50 % refund that was owed to me into the bond account. I find it strange because that is my money that is supposed to come to me instead you dictate for me where you want to credit that amount. Secondly I can't even see the refund that you are talking about in my bond account. Please if you truly resolved this credit my money into my absa cheque account not where you want because that is my money.
