Dispute
I have a dispute with absa regarding my home loan insurance. They have done two home loan insurance for the same house and they've been debiting twice every month. One is debited inclusive with the home loan (R572) and the life cover and the other insurance of R515 was debited separately. I only found out now and I never consented to have two insurance for the same house. I write this to you so that you can assist me and make ABSA to repay back my money. What I said is that I want my refund which means I want my money back. Who told you to credit my refund into the bond account? I want my money that you took from me back into my account. I've got two accounts with you, I have a transact and a cheque account but you people decided to take my money and credited it where you want. I repeat again I want my money.
