Dispicable service from ABSA

Dispicable service from ABSA. For six yrs i have had power of attorney over my Husbands Cheque account. i was allowed to transct at a point of sale and draw from an ATM. Recently i opened a Target save account and this is when ABSA decided to withdraw my right to transact at an atm or POS on the cheque account. NO WARNING about the policy change. An hour sitting in the bank i was told it would take TWO days to resolve my issue...and two days later i was told TUFF *****. The policy changed and now i must waste my personal time, petrol and money to go to ABSA kenilworth centre and get a secondary card because ABSA CHANGED THEIR POLICY! What, god forbid, if my husband died? i would have no money and no access to our account?! Worst of all i have to drag him out of his work day so that i can link my savings to the same secondary card? Sorry ABSA, i have been a loyal banking customer for 17yrs. It is disgusting that you change you policies without notifying your customer WHILE THEY ARE SITTING IN FRONT OF YOU! IT IS MY MONEY YOU HAVE BLOCKED ME FROM ACCESSING. Explain to me why i must make the time in my work day to come through to you, waste my petrol and probably pay a riduculous fee to apply for a secondary card simply to access the cheque account I HAVE HAD ACCESS TO FOR 6YRS?! Unacceptable ABSA BANK - YOu make the effort to fix your stuff up or i am closing my target save account (with no penalty to me...and dont throw your policies in my face), life insurance account and banking account by THURSDAY 23 June 2016 12noon. FIX IT or i take this futher.
