Dismal Service ONCE AGAIN

It is shocking how bad your service is.

I busy with trying to find a solution for a complaint I had - your Social Media team, does not even bother to send me an email

They don't answer emails. We had a time scheduled to contact each other, your team is so poor and dismal, they did not even inform me that they would not attend the meeting anymore.

I have nothing more to say. Honestly I am shocked.
