Dismal service from ABSA

When I tried to cancel a life policy, I was authenticated with ridiculous questions I don’t even know the answers to. I’ve been trying to get a call back from ABSA to no avail, for the last 2 weeks, leaving messages, being assured they will call as I need to reinstate my authentication and confirm the damn policy is cancelled
