Dishonourable Business Practices
I app**** for the three months covid relief holiday plan and was approved for my homeloan repayment but ABSA deducted money from my account. Money from a uif payment which I needed for groceries and to assist my family with. All attempts to contact them have been futile. I find it dishonourable that my account was debited during the month on a non agreed date. How does one hold the bank accountable for this sort of practice
