Dishonoring a bereaved family
Struggling for 5 months to get ABSA to release funds into the trust account of court appointed executers on an estate matter. Escalated the matter several times, included all required documentation on all emails, still nothing. Well done ABSA, you've absolutely gone from one of the best to bottom of the pile. Gave one star but only because there are no negative stars.
