Dishonesty and lack of integrity

Please advise, where can I raise a complaint against the resourcing team? I submitted an application on the company site just yesterday and today I received an email stating that the application has been withdrawn because I instructed them to do so whereas I did not.

I just want to raise my concerns that’s all because the person who did this certainly did not receive an instruction from me, I am worried about a number of applicants that get the same treatment and actually miss out on opportunities because of one inconsiderate person.
