Dishonest night charges

******ion ..bad bank unauthorized access to account misinformed clients capitec yes is better .Had two loans with absa one paid off only to find out that the other one was handed over even though weekly payments are being made into that account then absa deducted R1500 without my permission and paid it into another loan which I can’t view .My problems doesn’t end there I could never understand why my bond never reduces only to be told the other day when an enquiry was made as to the large amount of money that was added that also attract interest that it is insurances ..I pay my monthly installment why should the amount be added and I’m being charged interest all over and my bond don’t reduce I was never aware of this !!!’
