Dishonest business practices by Absa vehicle finance

Recently financed a vehicle with Absa vehicle finance. Was promised a loyalty bonus for refinancing with them. Waited for two months but no bonus was paid to me. Today when I follow up Im told i no longer qualify for the bonus.

Very dishonest business practice from Absa. Really disappointing
