Dishonest and unwilling to help

What a terrible bank. I have a home loan with them. After losing my job, I made an arrangement with them. This was a signed agreement provided by them. They never actioned the agreement. They let the account go into default. At this stage they are harassing me, and they will not honour their agreement.

They are unwilling to help their clients. They are *********** and definitely not customer focused. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a bank
