Dishonest Absa

I made payment arrangements with Absa in early December 2020 as my personal loan fell in arrears, the arrangements were made with January stationery and text books purchase in mind for my daughter who is starting Matric this year. Absa completely ignored the payment arrangement and deducted left right and center from my account last night - this is money I borrowed from the company to assist with the purchase of text books and stationery for my daughter. I have a gold value cheque account with Absa and every month there are up a R1000 explained banking fee deductions on my account although I make no more than 4 or 5 transactions from my account in a month. Disgusting and they are unable to explain these deductions.

This is my absolute last month banking with Absa!!!
