Disgusting turn around and service

Last year November we received a call from a tracing agent regarding unclaimed benefits for my dad, who passed away 14 years ago. We had to contact ABSA who dealt with his estate, to re-open this to claim these funds. 10 months later, we are still waiting for ABSA to sort this out. Manesi Mkoko was assigned to the estate. We experienced constant delays and follow up emails were constantly ignored. On the 21st June, Manesi informed us they had received the money from the insurer and were preparing a supplementary Liquidation and Distribution account as well as advertise the account with the Master of high court. On the 30th July, we followed up and were told again, the adverti*****t will be placed on the 2nd August. They further wanted us to provide the banking details for my mom, who had passed away shortly after my father. ABSA was well aware of this as we discussed possible unclaimed funds for my mom and they also handled her estate. Now they need to re-open my mom's estate, and follow the same process which will possibly take another year. We are constantly following up and constantly receive either no response or terribly worded e-mails in return with excuse after excuse. The grammar on the e-mails and the communication from Manesi is quite astounding. QUOTE: "Please be advise the Section 35 Adverti*****t is not yet place it will be place on the newspaper." "We will have to re-open the file E/L of L Nortje and do the same process in the." In the ????? The email signature also reads: PERTORIA CAMPUS and not PRETORIA CAMPUS. Perhaps use the spell check function. As a listed professional institution such as ABSA, you would expect a little more
