Disgusting Service, VERY VERY unhappy client!!!!

I have been trying to sort out a case for over 3 months now which sounds crazy. I have made multiple calls to "Nokulunga Mafika" but this person never seems to be at work or available for months now ??????Not one single person be it in head office or the call centre has made any effort to contact me back or give me any sort of feedback to sort out this problem. I have made a ridiculous amounts of attempts to call and email and not one person has responded. The constant feedback I get is that I will be contacted back when they have info. But no feedback was given at all.
