Disgusting service received

<p>Absolutley disgusting service recieved from Absa help line to the Complaints centre and as well as a non responsive Russell Booysen. My issue has been going on now for almost 3 weeks, i am due a refund into my bank account for a debit order that ran after my car had been paid off. I have been told a number of times by absa employees that the refund had been processed and i will recieve it in the next few day and after 4 or 5 days of waiting still recieved nothing - phoned the complaints centre to be told there was no refund issued - Please can i have someone who knows what they are talking about call me..... i am infuriated </p>
