Disgusting service .No service ABSA late Estate.

No option for negatives stars .I am so disappointed in the service one receives from the late estate section at Absa . If you have your will with them I recommend moving it . This will save a lot of heart ache for your family In the long run. It's been a few days short of a year that my father passed away..his executor is a lawyer ...and knows the channels yet can't even get answers .Absa when will you reply to his emails/ answer calls.. When are you going to sort this out . I would like to close this chapter of my life . I too will be looking for a different bank.
