Disgusting Service. No refund after almost a month

I have logged a refund for my AVAF account on the 13/03/2024. Since that date I have called Absa atleast 10 days and emailed them atleast 15 times, and I am still waiting for MY OWN MONEY. You guy are disgusting!!! You don't care about people's livelihood. Every day I call you say it's being processed, but I still haven't received it almost a whole month later!!!
