Disgusting service

Tried to fetch a letter sent from head office to table bay mall branch in Blouberg, my wife is inside the bank and I am standing outside the bank at 15h31 and as they close at 15h30 they tell her that we have to come back tomorrow. They can stick it up their ....... and we all know what bank I’ll never be using. Ridiculous the letter is there at the reception and they would not even give it to my wife or let me in to fetch it absolutely disgusting service and ridiculous lazy people who work there. Perhaps I’ll fetch it one day I’ll see.
