Disgusting service at absa bank

My personal loan is up to date and i have been requesting an up to date letter, they said they won't be able to provide me with the letter. Last year i was provided with letter and now tgey are refusing. Im done with Absa... Imagine spending more than R300 on airtime and not getting help.. Ive explained that i got a job and they want a letter didnt get help i must loose a job because of bad service. Guys please do not open an account with absa you will regret
