Disgusting service !!?!!

This bank still continues to ***** from me ,always making double transactions,I’ve tried reaching out and their agents won’t call you back when airtime runs out ,what a s**t service from Erasmus kgoshiadira,proudly and arrogantly refusing to get customer queries resolved !!!!
