Disgusting Service!!!!

This absolutely disgusting service receive from ABSA , they have no customer service, its been almost 2 weeks i tried contacting then to know if my personal loan has been approved. Every time i phone waiting 10min or more at a time for service and then when I finally go through to an agent they tell there service is down!! And nobody bothers getting back to you does not matter how many emails you send you will just be ignored being client with them for 15years I think its time for a change as this service is horrible!!!
