Disgusting Service

After weeks & weeks of constant following up with ABSA Insurance we have been advised that they will not cover our claim. If we did not phone ABSA we would not hear from them! As private Bankers with ABSA and holding multiple bonds you would think they would follow up! Not even their manager has the decency to phone you back after committing to do so. I am sure other banks would be happy to have our business. I think it is time to move!!!!
