Disgusting service

Continue to experience pathetic and shocking service from this company. Their dismissive attitude is shocking to say the least. Logged my complaint here a few days back. Absa was very quick to acknowledge my complaint however after a so called investigation their response is pathetic. Nothing I'm my complaint was addressed or looked into.
