DISGUSTING SERVICE
I work in Johannesburg but i resident in Limpopo, I phone Absa Law for you last on the 02/10/2018, I logged the case which my case was C15-10-2018 and the lady said she will forward all the document to me then i will get someone to deliver, which i arrange that. Every time i had to call to ask for feedback, the last time i spoke to the lady she told me that she spoke to her manager, they cannot assist me because i stay at the village, my case need the chief and head man to handly. FOR WHAT GOOD REASON I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR SUCH SERVICE. WHAY DO I NEED THE LAWYERS TO REPRESENT ME. How many people are staying at the villages with the same policy which they will never be assisted if they as far away from home.

Whoooo, what a shorking service, i receive the email on the 16/10/2018 from Nthabiseng,
The email reads as follows
"I will be facilitating your case. Please use these following reference number ********** . This confirm that an incident has been logged. I will update you on the matter within two working days."
we have two communication here, and WHAT IS WHAT
1. we will investigate and provide feedback once the matter has been resolved.
2. i will update you within two working days.
Today is the 22/10/2018 no one has call me a yet.
