Disgusting service

I went to ABSA OR Thambo this morning 16 June 2016 to withdraw. When I got to the counter the teller took my ID and card and did the normal verifications. I told her the amount I wanted to withdraw which is their max for bulk withdrawals. She then took my ID book and card and went to the back she said she needed to do authorisation when she came back she told me that she can't assist me because they need to verify with Capitec bank which is the bank where the money came from. The teller said this was an instruction from her manager Gladys Cele who didn't even bother to come and tell me her self. I asked the teller what is it that they need to clarify with Capitec and why didn't Absa in Woodbridge do the clarification when I went to withdraw. The teller said to me her manager Gladys Cele said we can't continue because there's lots of ***** going on in that branch so basically I'm a *********. I had to show them the institution where the money came from and my bank statement from Capitec. The teller and her manager Gladys Cele refused to give me my money.

The a reason why I needed that money but because ABSA is does not put their clients needs first our lives have to be on hold.

Gladys Cele could not even come to tell me herself. I hate ABSA
