Disgusting service

Am so angry and ****ed of the service I received from Absa Jabulani mall today got to the bank at 15h10 sitting there and at 15h30 I've been told that the safe has been closed am unable to deposit money.

I am furious and disgusted of the service I received to be thrown out of the bank being told it's closed where is customer service in that? Am bringing money to your company and this is how am being treated.

Am taking this to the ombudsman.
