Disgusting Service

I've had the most disgusting experience with this insurer and I cannot wait to cancel this policy once my car is fixed. My vehicle claim has been pending since September, only for a panel beater in Rustenburg to be appointed for someone who lives in Vosloorus. Had to hold for over 30 minutes to get thru and was assisted by Queen Corbett with a background of screaming kids which speaks to their professionalism. Still awaiting confirmation of my claim being referred to a panel beater near my home.

I then asked to be transferred to their Underwriting department also had to hold for another 30 mins, only to be transferred to Desiree Brown who sounded like he/she was working from a tavern with music playing in the background and people chatting away. The request that was sent on the 21 Nov 2023 and till date it hasn't been attended to. It's clear that they don't have a service level agreement or turn around times for any requests.

ABSA Activate is a circus with disgusting service and would like to implore anyone considering taking insurance from them to reconsider as they are going to regret their decision, like I am.
