DISGUSTING RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM ABSA

Absolutely disgusted either the service from ABSA on UFS campus welkom as the Bedfordview branch. My daughter's bank account was debited with R1000 for a 'service fee' what the actual!! Th8s smells like a rat. How can charge R1000 service fee. The poor child is a student living on a strict budget with an allowance for food and petrol. This is absolutely disgusting and the charge her R200 for a replacement card as she stopped her card because she thought her card was cloned. Please explain
