DISGUSTING PATHETIC SERVICE

ABSA VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE, you are the most useless bunch I have ever come across, trying to get a statement of account, get pushed around from ABSA to recoveries department to try and find out about our vehicle, it was paid up long ago, and we continued paying, since stopped paying them to try get them to contact us, they did not, now we are trying to get the original papers from them and get told all sorts of bull****, like we own a Suzuki Swift, we actually bought a totally different vehicle, they refused to give us our statement of account, now get told today that ABSA have to request the Natis papers from recoveries!! No-one at ABSA actually knows what is going on, how is this possible???
