DISGUSTING NON-SERVICE

I app**** for vehicle finance online. The application was successful and I was told that I would be contacted, and notified of what to do next. Nobody bothered contacting me, so after a few days I contacted the call centre. Where they told me after holding for a long time that someone would contact me. AGAIN nobody bothered calling me with the way forward so I AGAIN had to contact the call centre. This went on for 7 days....After somebody finally called me after I threatened to go to Action Line, I was told that I would have to take all the documents that I had already submitted electronically to the branch of my choice and I need to wait for somebody at the Branch to contact me.....I AM STILL WAITING.....STILL...What SHOCKING service...do your systems even work....if not they should be removed
