Absolutely disgusting customer service from the home loans department contact Centre. The lady whom I had spoken to for payment arrangements lacked knowledge and did not afford me the opportunity to make a suitable payment arrangement based on my current financial circumstances, and also falsely provided me with misguided information when she was queried by myself!
