Disgusting and Inconsiderate service to your loyal clients (even in death)

If I could give zeo stars, this would be the case. ABSA life is a bunch of **********. my mom (whom has been a loyal client since before ABSA became Africanacity) back in the days of Al**** bank, Volkskas etc. She passed on last year May and I just had her funeral cover benefit DENIED because at the time of her death her balance was R44 and a couple of cents. Please advise how an (then active) ABSA account holder for MANY years cannot be afford the minumum funeral benefit after the bank has made hundreds of thousands of rands of interest of her account for MANY YEARS prior to her death. Take into account that she was 93 years strong at the time of her death.. 93???????? I will NEVER EVER recommend ABSA to my worse enemy. Pathetic, money makers sponging off your clients
