disgusted with service
4 years in a row same service no response the only time I get respond is if I log an complaint, shame on you ABSA , my money is only good when you take but when you are to assist your customers you are nowhere to be found & it's not even about money a simple logging issue ... wow no words , let's see if some wakes up not even a star maybe a minus a half star

He’s attention to detail, listening to my complaint & not once interrupted me, he’s smoothing relaxing manner in dealing with my case made me feel so humble, The WOW factor comes to mind, that is when you can make me cool off, laugh & make my day at the same time, now that is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He taught me something new today. ABSA please make a agent of the month or something your other agents can learn something from Riefaat Baderdien.
