disgusted with service

3 years in a row same service no rsponse the only time they respond if we log an complaint, shame on you ABSA , my money is only good when you take but when you are to assist your customers you are no whete to be found & its not even about money a simple logging isue ... wow no words , lets see if some wakes up not even a star maybe a minus a half star
