DISGUSTED with Absa services

I am disgusted at the way Absa treats their client's A few days I posted about my ordeal with Absa. The group social media liason who is supose to be the person that goes out of their way to ensure a client is happy. Rezona Louw sent me a half baked email and I tried calling her who repeatedly cut my call. ABSA *****s monies from clients by changing attorneys every six months. Cluents pay the respective attorney and the money goes awol. ABSA REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE UR CONCERN AND THEY DON'T CARE ABIYT MY MONEY THAT WENT AWOL, BUT NOW HANDED TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT WHAT I PAID. REZONA came back to saying I paid August Sept Oct but she don't care about where's the rest of my money which I worked hard sweat for and can barely make ends meet but paid this account. Now R5000 is missing. I'm sick and tired of trying to sort this. I need answers. I am disgusted that a major name like Absa can't deal with this query do I now look for the directors of Absa and take my concern directly to them.
