Disgusted with Absa Service!!!!

Absa creditcontrol service pathetic. Settled a credit card debt last year October with their attorneys MacRobert Attorneys. Still struggling to get the account taken off ITC. Sent numerous emails ,no response. Also insurance paying my account and am over credit limit on a monthly basis, also no response when you sent an email to them. Totally unacceptable. How about just giving feedback as you insist on dealing with your customer via email only?
