Disgusted with ABSA home insurance

Pathetic!!Unacceptable even after submitting a complaint all reply we are getting is they are in progress of compiling written reasons ....but we just DON'T get any decent response, cannot understand how long it takes them to get things figured out, in the meantime the damage gets worse, the health hazard gets worse....and if you phone the number after holding for more than an hour the line gets cut?????NO REPLY FROM OUR the person asigned to our case, no reply from the assessor.....clearly ABSA DON'T CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, extremely sad!!!!
