Disgusted to call myself a valued absa client

Complaint logged ,out if SLA jst to get a email ,no decent to even give a call , *********** staff and I'm still waiting on someone to get back to me . Worse company you can have insurance with , Need to cancel insurance please absa advise the way forward .
