DISGUSTED SERVICE

I have requested assistance from. Home loans as husband and myself was unemployed. This was end of January. I have sent numerous emails. I am now getting messages saying we are in arrears. We have been given 6 months for paying half the bond. I don't know what more Absa wants. I called yesterday but it just rang and then cut. I'm tired and stressed. When will this be sorted out????
