Disgusted - Savings account cost R400 monthly ??????????

I have a Absa Savings account : ****************** On 2 July 2020 ABSA has taken R400 from my savings account and I need to know exactly what this is for?I have emailed ABSA 03 July and still no feedback whatsoever!I have had this savings account for many many many years, without any fees being charged ever, I am only requested to have R50 in my account - however now R400 have been deducted from my savings account - description fees What on earth is this? We are in a pandemic in our country, my income has taken a beating, I am sole provider to my whole family and yet R400 gets taken from me???????????? For what??????????? I want my money back immediately!!
