DISGUSTED IN ABSA

I have been dealing with Absa for over 20yrs regarding my home loan. I have tried to get hold of Absa Life / Protection to readjust my payments as I was shocked to see that even with the decrease in the interest rate my repayments have gone up. THIS IS DUE TO YOU ABSA LIFE!! WHY DID YOU INCREASE MY REPAYMENTS???? I have been pushed from pillar to post with everyone I have spoken to has given me a different story, all I want to do is separate the two, ONE debit order for my home loan and ONE debit order for my insurance, WHY do you not respond except give me ref numbers. I am truly disgusted in Absa. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS NOW!!!! I don't even know which ref number I must give, because you keep giving me ref numbers!!!
