DISGUSTED

You stuffed up the payment holiday on my one personal loan. The debit order was changed to the 1st of the month without my consent and my third month payment holiday was not app**** to my account. I further app**** for the Siyasizana program online and when I queried what was happening there was no record of me applying. I then did the application again with one of your consultants to be told there is no SOLUTION! You have just merrily handed my accounts over with total disregard not to mention incorrect amounts. I am thoroughly disappointed with ABSA once again. THANKS FOR YOUR NON EXISTING HELP!
