Disgusted by her attitude

I call in to hear what my total outstanding amount is...then I ask how much must be paid of that..she gets edgy saying I gave u the amount the more I'm saying I just wanted to know the balance of that she starts arguing....is this not a Disgrace to a business???? And then calls are recorded...sies I feel disgusted seriously
