Basani Hlungwana why did you take on my complaint when you knew very well that you wont be able to resolve and continue ignoring me, i ma so disgusted by the service given by Absa even after i have fully settled my loan and still not have not received a paid up letter that evidence the judgment case number, after i sent the copies of my credit reports, it is shocking that such bank has *********** employees, i have even asked to be called back and no one has bothered
