DISGUSTED BY ABSA SERVICE

Is anyone else just as frustrated with ABSA as I am. For the last month I have been struggling to get my bank card routed to another Absa branch, I have called the branch that keeps sending me emails on a daily basis that my card is ready for collection at Menlyn Maine. Every time I reply with my story and still I have not even received a phone call from them. I have emailed on numerous occasions to say that I have spoken to Menlyn Maine and that my card will be routed to the other branch, I don't even live in Pretoria. Yet everyday I receive the email saying it is ready at Menlyn Maine. and then I reply with the same story every time.

Not to mention when you phone the numbers on the email they do not even bother to answer.

We are all just numbers on the books, obviously not human beings with jobs that can't just leave work to drive to Pretoria to collect a card

I AM DISGUSTED WITH ABSA AND WILL BE MOVING MY ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER BANK
