Disgusted by Absa Mthatha Branch

<p>I had reported in the past week that a lump sum of money had been deducted from my account, after spending the whole day at the branch it was discovered that Absa had deducted that amount and I had made an arrangement with them to deduct and instead did not and decided to clean me out. After fighting the money was brouhjt back, again this week the same thing has happened when I went to the Absa branch Nhlanhla Mazibuko the manager was beyong rude, she told me that she did not care what I thought I could get from reporting her but that she could not help me and was not willing to track nor assist me. I regret having not closed this account last week when this first happened, I have been with the bank for year and I am really dissapointed</p>
