disgusted at the service

I app**** for a personal.loan on the 16/04/2016 and everthying was approved, employment confirmed etc. I still.did not receive the money and tli have phoned the menlyn branch and solly mokowena still.did not get back to me. I will take my business and accounts to capitec bank if this is not sorted out asap.
