Disgusted at service

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now since my credit card application was approved. I get calls everyday asking for the same documents that I sent. When I call they say all the documents are fine but each day I have to send them my id copy again the next day proof or residence . I think I have mailed absa these documents about 6 times. If this is the case I rather move my stuff to another bank
